My First Encounter With A Manta Ray

Post Number:#1  Postby toodus » Wed Oct 03, 2012 1:03 pm

On my birthday, I was blessed to see several manta rays for the first time in my life. One was particular close and swam around me. Manta rays are the biggest marine life I've ever seen throughout my 3 years of diving. What a treat !

Sabar menanti

Grimjour : Wear a 5mm suit or if you have a 3mm suit, then wear the Dive Centre's shorties on top of your 3mm suit. It's cold bro. Can be 24 degrees. Not like our waters. Visibility at Manta Point is generally not so good but other places viz is great. There's a lot of surge at Manta Point. Surge means forward and backwards. Bouyancy have to be stable......
