KUALA TERENGGANU: Segala aktiviti pelancongan ke Pulau Redang, sebuah pulau peranginan yang terindah di negeri ini akan ditutup selama empat bulan mulai pertengahan Oktober ini.
Setiausaha Persatuan Pengurusan & Operator Kepulauan Redang Terengganu Lorenz Law berkata ini berikutan musim tengkujuh di Pantai Timur pada waktu itu.

"Segala aktiviti pelancongan akan ditangguh sementara dan semua chalet dan resort juga akan menggunakan tempoh itu untuk menjalankan pengubahsuaian," katanya kepada Bernama hari ini.

Lorenz berkata kesemua 16 resort di Pulau Redang akan menyambung semula operasi mereka selepas 1 Mac 2012. - Bernama

:-?  macam mana lak dgn pulau2 lain yerk belah pantai timur...?

Aku sokong kuat kuat (ideal aje). :D ..!!! tapi jangan jadi macam P.Payar ..di hancur oleh policy yang tak tetap atau  kerana tidak cukupi sumber manusia pihak kerajaan yang akan kuat kuasakan aturan tersebut .  ..harap redang BOLEH !! redang BOLEH.....tapi takut pun kalau ada sedikit pegawai dan sedikit member member resort yang ada pandangan  maju redang dengan visibility 1m aje! :laughing11:

tapi pikir pikir ..tak berapa ada konfidan Redang betul betul boleh capai lah ... tenggok marine park di p.pinang pun mahu nanggis! :crybaby2:

aiyo so sad! but im sure there will be a way to get on the island if we are really really desperate haha. enforcement has always been an issue in malaysia, and more so with the environment policies and the such

redang my tranquility dive spots.
Prefer diving there when there are not so many snorkelers around.

My trip to Redang Laguna 26-28 Oct... Already ask the resort bout this news .. They said they open till 30th Oct!!!!! So how is that???!!! Baru nak test equipment baru nih!!!
