nose bleeding problem

Post Number:#1  Postby harris hisham » Sun Jun 12, 2011 7:21 pm

Why is it everytime when i finished my dive, my nose bleeds. Not much. Just a tiny bit. But i dont feel dizzy or anything. When i open my mask, the mucus and a bit of blood will always come out from my nose.

1)Perhaps you equalize to hard.
2)You descents to fast
3)You dehydrated

In next dive trip

Try to equalize without pressing the nose to hard or you can move your jaw.
Decent slowly. Drinks lots of water.

Try to read in this thread

and
http://malaysianunderwater.com/smff/div ... alization/

i know u didn't mentioned anything about difficult to equalize but u may find suitable answer/solution in this thread.

YES! I equalized too hard because it was hard to equalized at times. descent too fast because i was the only one left at 5m and i didnt drink much. Thanks for the very useful tips!!! I'll try to improve on my next dive trip. :)
