thx bro. m oredi up and about, tho not exactly jumping around ler.

was told that it would take up to three months to regain my "energy".

i wonder how true that is.



Start taking a cup of KOPI JANTAN from today...:)..in a month time sure recover all your "energy"..:P

And restrain from TFK/PCC for the next 3 months...get your leukocyte count up again. ;D

PCC is actually an acronym for a Korean name. The surname is PARK.

(Thought of starting another thread on this, but decided to ask my question here instead, as its related to dengue...)

Doc,

Climbing a flight (ok, make that 2 flights) of stairs these days feels like climbing Mount Everest. M so short of breath after that.

Other than carrying a tank of O2 (haha) or spazm's recco on drinking kopi jantan, what should one do to regain back his/her strength while recovering from dengue... or rather, upon being released from hospital?
