its good that every1 is trying to take care of their health... but y still ada diver before dive and after dive still smoke... and some drink... Its not cool lah .... endangering the life..... but the Otais in island prove it to be wrong... well the choice is yours.....

food and also environmental issue la... so that y we must keep our mother nature healthy again although its hard.. but we do our part lah....

anyhow i think we asian cant dive as well when we grew old.. the oldest diver i have seen diving was 80. He is a french guy and damm rich as he told me he has a house by the cliff facing the sea. He is cool guy n wonder where n how he is doing now....

Speaking about roti canai and health.. its not that good to eat roti canai often.  This also applies to nasi lemak.  So, please dont eat this regularly...  8-)

Speaking about roti canai and health.. its not that good to eat roti canai often.  This also applies to nasi lemak.  So, please dont eat this regularly...  8-)


oh... i know abt nasi lemak.... but roti canai also harmful meh?

last time i everyday eat nasi lemak....  ;D warned by lotsa ppl  ;)
