We Need You! MUW Aidilfitri Open House '07

MUW will be organising its MUW Aidilfitri Celebration Open House 2007 soon..the details of the event will be prescribed below..

[bgcolor=#ffff00]We need the co-operation from like-minded and spirited individuals so that we can get the event on the road[/bgcolor]..the description of the volunteer's job prospect will be stated below..


Date: 3rd November 2007
Time: 4 pm to 9 pm
Venue: Desa Putra Condo, Wangsa Maju..pool side

Volunteers Job Prospectus

Food ( 2 person )

- advise potluck'ers on the suitable food to be brought for the event and make sure that the servings are sufficient for tea and dinner 
- coordinate the potluck so that each person brings a different dish..maybe 2 person bringing the same dish is acceptable

Drinks ( 1 person )
- those wanting to contribute drinks during the event, will liase with this person
- he/she will be responsible to coordinate the amount of drinks available is sufficient

Miscellaneous ( 1 person )
- miscellaneous items: plates, cups, bowl, cuttleries,
- figure out how many are needed
- buy the stuff
- manage during event

Cleanliness ( 3 person)
- maintaining the cleanliness of the area which includes reminding ppl  to obey the rules and regulations of the residence..
- especially, look out on the "smoking section"

Tent, Chairs and Tables ( 2 person )
- acquire tent, chairs and tables for the event and make sure its sufficient

PA system and Emcee ( 1 person)
- if possible, acquire the PA system
- manage audio during the event, put on raya songs
- emcee duties

- those who wish to sponsor gifts either diving related or non-diving related, either new or used, will liase with this person

We ( Halimi and I) wont be able to attend for this event due to other invitation that we have to attend but we will sponsor 200 pieces of paper plates and 200 pieces of paper cups and tissues. We will also sponsor one lucky draw prize.
