Suggestion from tristen

Post Number:#1  Postby tristen » Wed Jul 18, 2007 3:25 pm

I got a suggestion, an activity at the pool session. Do you guys heard of ocean race before? The whole concept is like runnnig underwater with all your scuba gear on except the fin. Run from one point to another. Thats the whole idea. Since we got a competition lane beside, y not we make use of it?

What you all say?

I second this, maybe we should do a relay, 4X25m...a baton, replaced by a limpish sausage.

I took part this race before at Redang Kalong, organized by Xcess Scuba, Fayol Chan. This ocean race was recorded in Malaysia Book of Record, together with his Underwater Wedding Ceremony at year 2003 /4 not so sure the year.

That time there were no rules, so i put alot of weights on my legs and waist end up, 1st runner up, won myself a trip to SWV 4 nights stay.

We can make the rules, like limited weights and etc.

yes you can. you can bring your own stuff there.
For pool usage+tank+weight i think it is about RM35~RM40.
You have to check with the people there whether they open or not
on sat and sun.
