MissDivers/Divher promotes and support freediving activities. We will be organizing a pool freediving course for beginner and freediving enthusiasts. Proper knowledge in freediving is crucial to ensure safety of the freediver while freediving.

Prior to the course, we will provide some basic freediving training to prepare you for the actual course. We are not instructors but we will share the experience so that you can get a glimpse on what freediving is all about

This time around, the instructor would be Jean-Pol Francois. He is the Head of Education for AIDA International. Don't miss the chance to learn with the people who is responsible in making the freedive course syllabus update and current.
