Pool Freediving Course For Beginner/Intermediate (AIDA 2*)

Hi all

MissDivers/Divher promotes and support freediving activities. We will be organizing a pool freediving course for beginner and freediving enthusiasts. Proper knowledge in freediving is crucial to ensure safety of the freediver while freediving. We collaborate with one of the few freediving schools in South East Asia, WE FREEDIVE to bring freediving activities here.

Prior to the course, we will provide some basic freediving training to prepare you for the actual course, FREE!! We are not instructors but we will share the experience so that you can get a glimpse on what freediving is all about

THIS COURSE IS OPEN TO ALL

Below are the course details:

Date: 15 - 16 december 2012
(1st day theory, 2nd day practical n exam)

Venue: PJ Palms Pool (www.pjpalms.com)

Time: 10am-2pm

Agenda:

Day 1:
Theory : Disciplines, Physiology & Hyperventilation
Break
Theory: Safety, Breathing, Stretching
QnA session

Day 2:
Theory Exam
Pool Practical: Static, Dynamic, Rescuing & Buddying
Practical Exam (Static min 2:00min & Dynamic of 40m)

We provide you with

~ free training before and after course with certified freediver
~ Manuals
~ instructor fee
~ AIDA International fee
~ Certification Card
~ Pool & classroom usage
~ Equipment usage (but bringing your own mask and fin are recommended)

Requirements:

1. Commitment fees of RM100

2. Kindly download and fill in these two forms:
a. AIDA International Liability Release & registration Form

nope, the course is open to all. the organizer is MsDivers/Divher.
