Post Number:#1  Postby OPu » Fri Apr 25, 2008 11:47 am

Hye dear divers..

need assistant to resolve this littel issue. My Oceanic Atom's battery life seems to me a little bit short, i.e. abt 8 - 12 mths ONLY. Is this normal ?

I am comparing with my Apollo Dive Computer, the battery lasted me for good 3 yrs..

To all the sifu out there....plz advise.

TQ and gud day.

Don't buy the cheap ones.  They run out after half a year or so.

I use ATOM.  I used to change every 6 months when I used the cheap ones.

How many dives U do a year with your ATOM?

ATOM dont go into sleep mode so the usage of battery is on going all the time.

Check the ATOM battery type & maybe you can get higher rating battery for it.

Good luck.
