It depends on what you want done. Just a service (cleaning, tuning & greasing) or a full blown service to change parts in the 1st Stage, 2nd Stage, Octopus and etc.?

The reason I asked is because I am considering an atomic reg...Anyway, I just bought a B2 last night from Scuba Dynamics...now it's too late to back out if it's going to cost me a bomb to service the reg :) so what's the damage to my wallet if I send it in for service and change parts.

The beauty of an Atomic Reg is that you do not need to get it serviced as often as other lower end reg sets (75 - 100 dives or annually) IF you look after it properly because of the built in "HP Seat Saver" feature and can quite safely take you 150 - 200 IF you do not abuse or dive it too hard. Like all other dive equipment, look after it and it will look after you.

Will PM prices to you & Sheik today.

Wot_ever, you made a wonderful choice!
I own one of those B2 too! Done over 200dives on it and it still tastes and breathes like new. I just wanna get it cleaned or maybe some tuning.

Henry, I dont know about abuse or dive it too hard, but it surely looked seasoned. :-)

Sheik, you must have been looking after your set rather well.

I emphasize again that dive equipment, like many other things in life, if looked after, will look after you.

Take Sea Demon for example, middle aged, seriously abused but well looked after and still functioning well but on the other extreme, Pak Cik JD, somewhat younger, not too badly abused but in an urgent need of a total rebuild :laughing11:

Hi nanda666, I wasn't at SD last night, got my reg on Tuesday night.

BTW, do I need to register for the warranty at Atomic website?
