Hiya folks..

For those of you who read my intro, i did say i would have lots of questions.. :laughing11: for those who didnt aloha!!!!

Well guys need advice.. Am about to purchase my first regulator set up.. :D
Checking around with my budget of 1.5K, i came across two set ups:

Package 1  (RM1350.00)
1) Seac Sub 8400 P Syncro 1st & 2nd stage
2) Seapro RG3 Octopus
3) GP300 D/P/C Gauge.

Package 2 (RM1460.00) Forgot the brandlah..
1) 1st & 2nd Stage
2) Octopus
2) D/P Gauge

I have an aqualand MA9004 dive watch so the guy who offered package two
was nice enough to point out i dont need the depth gauge set up and use the
savings to get a dive compass instead.

Also i intend to to do my nitrox next year and was wondering if i shoust get a 1st /2nd
stage reg nitrox ready.. Intend on purcahse tomoro.. so any feedback is more than
welcome.. thank guys..
there's heaven.. and there is diving..

i'd go for package 2. but what is brand ah?

since you have the depth gauge, just go for the single spg only. try not to go for combo. heavy.
my 2 psi comments only.

all 1st and 2nd stage regs are nitrox ready up to 40% Nitrox.

if scuba pro then i am assuming it is a MK2 first stage + R190 regulator.....it is a reliable reg.... widely used by lotsa DC....

Blackbear,

just another thing, if possible you may wanna ask for DIN, not yoke.
and also ask the seller if he bundles on DIN to Yoke adapter. :-)

cheers!
