thats retail price before discount....for MUW members got good discount,  you can get it at our shop.... Ocean Elements.

Sheik the reasons

The Venturer 5mm boot is a value-conscious boot that many high-level features and premium construction techniques to form a solid boot that spans many types of conditions.

    * 5mm neoprene is warm enough for cooler waters, yet light enough for sub-tropical climates
[color=#090909]I cant stand the cold, well as i was told that everything from your feet. You must take good care of your feet.  Like orang melayu "pantang" must wear sock.  So 5mm is thick enuf and keep my feett warm

  * Solid rubber sole protects the feet and resists punctures
From my recent trip, one of the diver was wearing the "just add water" booty.  She did her nite dive (shore) while walking back to the dive centre she stepped on dead corals that you can found at the shore area and she punctured her booty and the coral get tru her feet. Errrr a very painful experienced

    * Extremely tough toe cap protect the foot from fin foot pocket <<< its explain all

    * Gusseted zipper keeps cold water away from ankles

    * Zipper flap seals the top of the boot and keeps the zipper up

    * Comes with multipurpose mesh carry bag
      its really a cool bag

Hi NA,

Cool boots.. thinking of getting new ones but then a bit cautious bout your so-called review. It looks like is from the pinnacle website.

http://www.pinnacleaquatics.com/product ... atprods=16

I am interested but I want to know YOUR opinion on it. How many times have you used it compared to your old booties and how does it stack up, or is it the same for you despite the huge price difference

Comfort is an issue and sometimes buying new expensive stuff doesn't guarantee you are getting the best.

Yes All the reviews are from the website but with a bit of remarks why i choose the booty.
My old one kind of thin (1mm). I wont recommend anyone to buy. I got my old booty because my OW instructor (not from OE) recommended it to me.  I was new in the diving world.  Just buy what ever i was told to buy. :D :D :D he recommended me the wrong fin the wrong mask. Lets not talk about that..... :D :D :D

Now I know what i want and what really matters to me my comfortability.

The Pinnacle venturer with 5mm thickness in other word its protect my feet and keep it warm and its sole made from solid rubber and it resist puncture.

The price from my old booty not much different. my old booty cost me RM100

I hope this will last for another 2 years or perhaps 3.  So value for money.

Declim the price after discount not much different from the one that you bought from SG.

good lah you ask before you buy.  I never use that scubapro fin... maybe you can post a thread and ask the otai and sifus.  Then you make your judgment to buy or not to buy

I dunno about u guys and gals but I prefer booties with hard soles as it is more comforting to the foot especially when doing shore dives and also when climbing up the boat. Anyway I got 2 hard sole and 2 soft sole booties. Why so many booties? you may ask.... my answer is dun bring yr wallet when going to dive shops heheheh
If I have a dollar & U have a dollar & we swap, neither is better off. BUT if I have an idea and U have an idea & we swap we r both richer.
