4. bubble trouble -- FF Adjustable
5. snafuette -- FF Pro
6. mocha -- FF Pro
7. brownsugar -- FF Pro
8. bluefins -- FF Pro
9. zimm -- FF Original
10. EZ -- FF Pro
11. KatakPink -- FF Pro
12. reserved for Seademon.. that bugger should change his antique fins
13.

I personally advise that u shud try out both. For FF u can try out with alot of forumers here. As for Scubapro fins, if u hv any frens using it. Try out first. From there u can tell which fins suits u. Different ppl has different finning techniques. Even if u can adapt more than one technique, u shud also test which is best for u

you can use either or. that's the beauty about these fins.

but most people use booties. as for me, i use booties so my FF is XL size. If i go barefoot, i'd probably have to use FF with ML size.

in other words, if u use booties, the FF must be two sizes up.

agree!...agreee! :)...there's other brands, model & types

1st whats your budget? 2nd what type...full foot or strap heel fins?...blade type? ;)

full foot fins:
                Pro's
                1) Light but doesnt mean no power, manufacturer these days design
it for travel friendly...Air Asia 15 kg only...ceh!
                2) cheap, they're save a lot yet perform
                3) no need booties, you dont need extra items in your dive bag
                4) type & locations of most dives doing...if most diving is done by boat
                    with 26'celcius-30'celcius water temp..get this 1

                Con's
                1) But if you doa lot of dives 100/ month most will bend a bit
                2) When its cold....i dontch like it!
                3) Blisters for newbies

Recomended models to check out :

                1) Cressi Sub "Pro Star"
                2) Mares "Avanti Tre"
                3) Mares "Avanti Quatrro"
                4) Mew fins

ps. any Mares fins that are from Estonia has better Hi quality rubber / plastic components. ;)

Strap heel fins:
                Pro's
                1) It fits you more comfortably with the bootie
                2) If you do a lot of shore...rocky  beach dive...this is it!
                3) thermal protection on your feet...Komodo, Bali, Great Barrier reef
achooo cold la macha..cannot stand la! :D

                Con's
                1) Broken strap or buckle when gearing up on boat...too bad!
Imagine you're at in middle of nowhere with no dive shop to sell you
                    spare parts...bring a spare!
                2) Heavy la dey...some  of them solid rubber split fins add more weights in
                    dive bag
                3) expensive oso...if you dont like it yougotta dump somewhere, maybe
in MUW classified / ads ;D

Recomended models to check out :

                1) Cressi Sub "Rondine A"
                2) Cressi Sub "Master Frog"
                3) Mares "Plana Avanti Quattro"
                4) Scuba Pro Jet fins

there you go....on a personal note Im more comfort with normal conventional blades...
i still got good propulsion when swimming against current...move comfort with flutter, frog & butterflykick ;)
those with back problems should seek advice from chiropractor, was told split fins help for those with back problems...but they're simply heavy for me..

My advice try out as more as possible fins you can...join the MUWians pool session try test other divers fin if permitted...so guys dont just promote FF only la dey...variety sikit. ;) ;) ;)

I totally agree with you on this bobo.... i think fins depends on individual as well... you have to test it and see if you are comfortable with it... some may like it but some may feel that FF is way to uncomfortable for them..... it also don't mean that expensive = good.......

I got myself a FF because i always get cramps in the water - after some advise from sheik - who is also a big of cramps in the water.. i tried it out ............ I have to say that i had alot of cramp on the first few dives using the FF but after being given the right technique of finning - i realised how comfortable the FF are for me.....

remember "different strokes for different folks" so best you try what suit you best before you purchase your fins.....

I have to say that i had alot of cramp on the first few dives using the FF but after being given the right technique of finning - i realised how comfortable the FF are for me.....

remember "different strokes for different folks" so best you try what suit you best before you purchase your fins.....

nice, so next trip can borrow your fin  ;)  ;D

                2) Mares "Avanti Tre"
                3) Mares "Avanti Quatrro"
                4) Mew fins

Strap heel fins:

                2) Heavy la dey...some  of them solid rubber split fins add more weights in
                    dive bag
                3) expensive oso...if you dont like it yougotta dump somewhere, maybe
in MUW classified / ads ;D

                2) Cressi Sub "Master Frog"
                3) Mares "Plana Avanti Quattro"
                4) Scuba Pro Jet fins

there you go....on a personal note Im more comfort with normal conventional blades...
i still got good propulsion when swimming against current...move comfort with flutter, frog & butterflykick ;)
those with back problems should seek advice from chiropractor, was told split fins help for those with back problems...but they're simply heavy for me..

My advice try out as more as possible fins you can...join the MUWians pool session try test other divers fin if permitted...so guys dont just promote FF only la dey...variety sikit. ;) ;) ;)

thanks macha!!! panjang lebar tuh info....my budget is around 1K la....mmg dari dulu ingat mau angkat scubapro twin jet / twin jet max....tp ternampak plak FF kat MIDE 07....review psl dia pun ok jugak....pening pening....

Bro ... my advise is try first and see whether you are confortable with it or not.
Budget for fin 1 K. I think its too much. Better spend the money for diving. Im using RM 100 fin and I like it so much. Not really expensive but served me good.

Which technique do you normally used when diving?????
