Dey...fellas, It's been a while since the Brickfields Fella uploading images here! Honestly im a lazy fella when it comes to editting...no talent la dey. How some of you kudikarans can do it arr...sit infront of monitor spend total of 1 hour for 1 picture  ;)

By the way its great to be back to the land of Bir Bintang especially Komodo..( Ceh enuff wit booze la ) had a splendid! Blasting moments divng with the rest especially Pak Wally Siagian who is a true Underwater Explorer. Still missed the laughters on board with ya'll...bloody coo ki mai!

                        Image
Bluewater shot of Manta ( Manta birostris ) at Taka Makassar.
Overhead / sillo of a huge Maori Wrasse ( Cheilinus undulatus at Batu Bolong.
It takes me 25 bloody mins of stalking & all I got is this.

Whackla! Common sight of Gorgonian Sea Fan, sponges, hydroids & crinoids
home to a few reef species esp. Scalefin Anthias ( Pseudanthias squamipinnis )
                        ....the orange colour la!
At Batu Bolong around 15-10 meters it's a good depth to hunt the Diagonal Banded Sweetlips
( Plectorhinchus lineatus )...with great viz & more natural light.

                        Image
There was a lot of nudis at Pink Beach due to the fact of it's
chill water temp. ( 26 degrees celcius ). But this pair of Hypselodoris emma
was hiding in between sponges & ascidians...looks like they're ready to mate.
                        Bang La DEY!
A pair of Chromodoris tinctoria turns out to be an unexpected findings while drift diving
at Taka Makassar for mantas. The current starts to slow down & Brickfields Fella...
reach for the Inon Macro lens in BCD pocket...summore whack!

A chukimay Volitans ( Pterois volitans ) at a patch reef  in Taka Makassar.

          Image
Besides Napoleon Wrasses, Hawksbill Turtles also a common sighting.

          Image
Batu Gili Lawa Laut or Crystal Rock's famous resident...Ribbon Sweetlip ( Plectorhincus polytaenia )

That's all folks, can wait to get there again late October 09. Some might question me why Komodo again & again...besides the LOB, great company, atmosphere & Bir Bintang...it's the life there, Balanced! From "why you are so tiny critters " to majestic giants surrounded by bluewater with dazzling corals! Ya'll gotta get there......

PS. still exploring for new spots there & name it Brickfields Toddy Shop
:D :D :D
