Hi Everyone..

Thanks for the tips n comments. To get a good fin technique like in the video( no hand involved ) is required lots of practice. My suggestion is in water surface practice which mean go to the pool bring wetsuit, mask, snorkel, fin (stiff fin). Try practice every 20-30 min all the fin technique at the surface before you go diving. Also you can adjust your position to normal diving posture ( horizontal position). In general kick motion is toward to understanding of propulsion mechanics.

Here the tricks, frog kick - the power of propulsion is coming is last third of kick cycles, and the backward kick is 1st third of kick cycles.  Also the angle of your fin blade is important.

I will make more video is few more skill like deploy SMB etc...

Lots of dives, hehhe,, but you need to get right momentum of the fin kick itself. Hopefully we can dive together one days. Maybe by then you already achieve all the propulsion.

Thanks for the heads up bro. Noticed ur using Scubapro G250V as ur second stage. Very good reg. Highly recommended ;) Also what is that yellow tank? Spare 21% coz the waters are just shallow? [-(

All my 6 regulator is MK 25/ Mk 17 with Scubapro G250V n HP model. Very good regulator in cold water n warm water too. OH the small yellow tank for my Drysuit inflation system, (I have argon  gas inside, not much left) keep me warm. I don't use spare air. rather carry stage!  :)
