If they are goin Mantanani I too want to follow..... previouslywas  so expensive to go to Mantanani.......(so never went la....)

Dugong....... dugong........ dugong.......

Btw, heard that there is only 3 dugongs there.... Papa and Mama plus their Baby.... Some one said 80% chance of sightings..... :) :) :)

According to my sources, there should be 12 dugongs in that viscinity...  If you could see1, it's good enought  ;)

Just in case anyone ask, what is the original itinery for KK trip? I just received from Ernest the following information.

Itinery 4D/3N

Day 1
Arrive at KKIA. Check in to BB. Rest of the day free.

Day 2
Dive at Tunku Abdul Rahman Park. Dive package includes hotel return transfers within KK city, gears, park fee, jetty fee, diving fee, buffet lunch, free flow of coffee and tea, 2 boat dives with 1 optional shore dive and guide fee.

Day 3
Same as Day 2 but boat dives to other sites.

Day 4
White water rafting (Optional). Depart KK on any flight after 1pm.

Cost
For diving and accommodation at BB is RM 565.00. White water rafting is RM180. Not inclusive of air ticket, airport transfer(about RM 20 per taxi for one way), food outside activity period.

Note: Normally for us, other than air ticket and activity, we only spent about RM100-150 during the 4 days.

Anyway, I still preferred SD to be our tauke.  ;) ;) ;)

Ah...tell you what. You fly the CN up to, say, FL60 while we do a circular search pattern, upon visual of Whale Sharks or Whales just ask the Q to open the ramp and let me out? I can plot position into my GPS and do a CARP release. Just submit as training flight and don't inform POTU I'm on board la. ;D

Ahhh...sorry...my bad. I keep thinking of the transport guys who get detached to WBKL. Ah...B200T is one aircraft I've never jumped off from. Rear doors right? On stbd and port? Simple dive exit. Unlike the Piper Cherokee. Had to step on the port wing and jump off while trying to avoid the stabilizers.

Can la. Just declare anything as long as I can jump off.

wah... i don't mind to drive u all around kota kinanalu :P .. but if u want me to organize... it's will be end of january... how?

if u r interested, i can get things arranged. On the exact dates, i will only be able to give u by november.

activities suggestion:

* diving at kota kinabalu (TAR park) - 1 or 2 days
* Mantanani - u'll have to stay overnite there... dive the whole day, and come back to KK town at night
* sg padas - water rafting and jalan jalan around nearby town - it will occupy almost a day (morning till afternoon)
* Kinabalu park (Probably can walk until second stop just to enjoy the nature), Hot Spring, Poring & Canopy Walk (Keningau) - hot water is good for the skin  ;) - it will occupy almost a day... probably till about 6pm or so
* jalan jalan at kk town (this one half a day can finish... coz KK not too big :P )
* jalan jalan cari makan - can do at night

these are the few activities that i can think off. anyone interested?

but if we are going for a 4d/3n.... it will be quite limited.

any feedbacks?

btw guys.... since i'm going back to KK on end of january.... so, if only few of u r going.. maybe about 6 or so ...if u don't mind, you can stay at my place :P ... got 3 rooms extra  :D

Night time go whack nice food

Day 2:
Diving at Tar Park - 2 boat dives/ 1 shore dive
Night Time - whack nice food

Day 3:
Diving at Tar Park - 2 boat dives/ 1 shore dive
Night Time - whack nice food

or

Kinabalu park/Hot Spring, Poring

Day 4:
free till departure (maybe shopping again)
or
White water rafting in the morning, depart in the afternoon/night

(if we have time in between, can bring u guys go sight-seeing around kk town)

Day 2:
Diving at mantanani

Day 3:
Diving at mantanani

Day 4:
free till departure (maybe shopping again)
