Kota Kinabalu Trip

Post Number:#1  Postby jgshuwei » Sun Jul 01, 2007 12:28 am

Anyone interested in diving in KK?

Just finished TT with a local instructor in Kuching, he is suggesting to me a 4D3N trip will do. The itinerary is as follows:

Day 1 : Arrive KK in the morning, City tour.
Day 2 & 3 : 3 dives/day
Day 4 : Rafting then catch a night flight back to KL.

The details he will provide to me later. Anyone interested?

Thank you.

My original suggestion is only TAR Park but going other dive site is ok for me. Let's everyone put some idea here...

Mantanani i'd be interested to go.. :) heard so much about the dugong too!.. but that's off kota belud which is abt an hour's drive (north?) from KK

Dive site at Pulau 3?  hehehe went there 2 yrs ago... got volcanic mud bath ;D ;D ... there's also a snake island not too far away from there.. hehehe..  :o

white water rafting is probably at Padas river (bout 2 hrs drive south of KK)... that's level 3/4 only and if its dry season it might even be only level 2/3.. :(  (sg selangor lvl 4/5 when they release water from dam... shiok!) but u get free 'sauna and massage' on the 'locomotive' that takes you to the drop off point..   ;D  ;D
