The IJN Haguro was sunk in an ambush some 55 miles off Penang on 15th May 1945. One of four ships in the Myoko-class heavy cruisers, she is now 68m beneath the surface.

Nope. People have been diving her since 2003. I'm just telling people that it is in our waters at 68m. That's a Trimix dive. ;)

I have been to few wrecks on the west coast ... need to check my log book, as I was onboard for 9 days... full wreck diving.... few of it are off Penang.
