Anyone knows what's the damage to dive at this place and what is the skill and level requirement. pls advice, tks.

Again ... the beauty of wide angle and cristal clear vis.

Damage. emmm donch know la bro. Must be very expensive bcoz need to fly to the US. Its diveable as long its within Rec Limit. Penetrate! Ask the techies bcoz I dont know the standard & procedure
