hi everyone..... can any 1 help me here.... i have nvr dived 4 d last 4 years... what should i do??? i m wif d malaysian armed forces.... so its kind difficult to got out n go diving... if i get the chance what should i do??? must i take d whole course again or go for a refreshment course???? plss help....

a refresher will do .. shld u have the chance to go diving, u can come and join our pool session and prearranged with the DM or instructor who can assist u doing it .. else u can do it on the island as well .. the dive centre will definitely do one for u ..

yeap...a refresher will be the best option. come and join us for the pool session. myself, i like to practise at pool all the time. you are welcome to join us bro. cheers!

BTW, please introduce yourself in the introduction section and do tell us more about yourself. Number, rank, name (or rank, name, service, and number if you are an officer), when commissioned (if officer), TJP or TJT or SD or PD or direct comm. Where did you do your training, and where did you commission your first unit mess.

After that, report in Planters Orders at 2200H to Mocha and Stonefins, with handkerchief ironed as per regulation. Failure to introduce yourself properly will be rewarded with starjumps, forward and side-roll up the staircase, sit-ups in the wardrobe, change parade and the infamous "kongkek babi" exercise.

You will only be given one minute commando rest in between rewards.

well, not diving for 4 years is almost as good as not diving before if the last dive was your OW certification dive..... the best thing would be to do a thorough scuba review...best if u could do it in the pool before going for any dive trip.... subsequently u can do self training in the pools to built up more confidence....

funny that i do see quite a few serving members dive as often as 2-3 times a month....hehe...anyway... welcome to MUW....cheers 

Do your review/refresher with a certified DM first before any dives...  If u are lack in some of the skills, practice more.... I would say saomething like the bouyancy or maybe the mask clearing

Change parade includes wetsuit (small size) plus gears ahh?
