Hmm.. yeah actually ahh..

I eat whats served to me during the LOBs. If during the land base trips.. also eat whatever thats served to me..  ;D ;D ;D.

Its just that I dont eat too much. I hate drinking too much actually, coz it makes me wanna pee underwater..  ;D

Eat anything till 60% full.


I guess you'd have to check your SPG (Stomach Pressure Gauge) for that.  ;D ;D

I usually just make sure i have lots of water. If there's food, then better, but I avoid overeating. I tend get backwash during a dive if I do.


Don't need SPG lah[ch65292]if you usually take 1 plate of rice, just take slightly more than half will do.

Actually, that is only true for a while. Then your body becomes colder than before you peed.

pee in the wetsuit tak best la..
if wear rash guard... waaaahh legaaaaaa..... :D
