Income tax exemption on buying scuba diving stuffs

Hi guys,

can i ask if buying scuba diving stuffs are exempted from income tax filling? Since scuba diving is consider a sport as well hehe  :D

hi kevin

I asked the same question too and was told by the DC that yes you can submit for claim. Saying is you need the gear for work purpose (i.e. DM or teaching) but then again, you need to submit your income statement too if you are doing all that........... Let me know if you have anyway that going around it as i hope to claim too     :icon_tongue:
