Came across a website about DIVE SAFE and according to the site that we have to report should any incident/accident happens during our dive online and based in N. Zealand for a nearmiss or mishaps that happens anywhere in the world. I'm wondering, do we have such association or a body that monitors all this?
It may sound crude but sometimes learning from mistakes really help and make us into a better diver.
