Meteorological Department warns of strong winds and rough seas

[size=-1]KUALA LUMPUR: The Meteorological Department has issued a Second Category strong winds and rough seas warning for the waters of Condore, Reef North, Layang-layang and Palawan, with wind speeds up to 60kph and wave height of 4.5 metres.[/size]
