construction diver

hello fellow divers!...

was just wondering....i have a background in Quantity Surveying....so is there any chance that i could apply my QS and construction knowledge to specialist diving?....any comments on that?...

I guess you are talking about being a Commercial Diver...sure you can.

Maybe.....if you are thinking of estimating the cost of an oil rig/laying/repairing cables underwater....overseeing the construction....and doing valuation underwater to certify work done.... :) :)
