Got my 'rather eventful' OWD in Tioman late July :)
I don't have many diving kakis, so if you guys are going on a trip... call meeeee  :hello:

Welcumm.. Dive safe! Since u got no kakis, maybe can form 'MUW ALL GIRLS'. Quite a number of lady divers here and most are in KL.
 
Won't that be good? Then u can organise an all girls trip.. isn't it a wow?

It is a very interesting idea actually.. Empowering lady divers to not only organize trips but most important enjoy diving by their own definition.

I'm sure the ladies have great ideas especially when they get together. I'm anxious to experience the innovative ways in doing things if this MUW All Girls can kick off.

Hey guys, wow.. thanks so much for all the welcome :) Hope to learn as much as I can.

eeepppsss!!! I don't think i have enough experience yet to become a dive trip organiser, soon-soon. I'm still trying to wean-off the idea of having a rope tied between myself and a dive master.

Anyway, I'm thinking of Tioman or Redang after Raya...

missbusy.. you are tied to your instructor during OWD.. now i know what you mean by rather uneventful experience eralier on. What happened to be in such situation. For me, i was forever ups and downs  ( having issue with my bouyancy control) during my OWD.. but on my last dive i manged  to stay down ( well most of the time.) :)

tapi ada juga yang dah lama, so no worries... tentu boleh ikut...

if ur interested, im headed to perhentian for dive, sept 1st - 4th sept.. driving. bubbles DC.

one of our kaki pulled out, so got 1 empty bed to fill (share room with another lady diver).

Diva - Jom! But errrr.. after 15th can? I'm also quite flexible to dive weekdays at the moment :)

Harold - Alamak, perhentian sounds good. But I might not have any feet to put fins on as my mother will chop my legs off if I go diving 1st week of Raya  :crybaby2:

p/s: anybodeh in Tioman or Redang end of Sept, holler holler, maybe can meet up there.

Ha ha.. no rope to my DI, but my dive buddy tugged me down by my fins a couple of times.

Funny kan when you think about all those moments during the course.. the somersaults trying to put the weight belt on... the sprawled out on the sand bottom shrugging whatever lah to my DI..  the waving hello from on top while my dive buddy and DI beckoning me to come down (buoyancy issues).. aih... but they say we get better with experience.

But the best part for me was at Fan Canyon where we saw a turtle slowly descending down a spot with a huge colourful school of fish circling it round and round.. cool! cool!
