Hi there, Servus, Ciao, Hyvaa Paivaa.......I'm Yusran fr KL...besides busy with work (KL, East Coast - fabrication yard, Offshore)...
Take the opportunity to go out diving...twice a year...been restricted to several destinations for slightly >5 years such as
Layang-Layang, Sipadan, Papua (RA), Weh, Similan/Surin...hoping to hit my 1000th dives somewhere amazing...

When I'm not in the deep blue I'm busy with my triathlons (yes being amateur Triathlete I do compete in OD, Half Ironman/Ironman
...including 10Ks, Marathons and Mountain Running)...yes at this age I'm still the same guy who's willing to get up at 0500hrs to
have great diving in Sipadan or getting ready to do >200K bike ride or started to run only at 1300hrs...

Once a year (normally in Dec) I'll take a vacation such as Silk Road, backpacking in Europe, ice climbing in Scotland/Switzerland,
traversing the Sahara Desert in Merzouga (Morocco), mountaineering in Himalaya, etc

Bro Trigger Fish, I'm trying to be fit.....but after I saw those grannies/grandpas competing in the Half Ironman/Ironman races.....and I said to myself...I'm in deep shitttt and they're overtaking me...........but I'm glad to finish my Great Eastern 30K race
yesterday in 2hrs 53mins (including 3 mins in the toilet) Position #136 out of at least 1000 runners.....my friend who had a GPS heart rate monitor said the race was 34.6K....

Welcome to MUW Abenteurer, good to have an experienced traveler and diver around. My travels are limited to  Nilai-Sepang-Shah Alam-Kuala Lumpur area only, and my diving is limited to pool diving...

Regularly compete in veteran LembikMan competition around Tasik Permaisuri, and watch myself being overtaken by old ladies in floral tudung, pink track-bottoms and long t-shirt...  :laughing11: :laughing11:

Would love to share my traveling tales (+photos)...dont have uw photos yet...still can't afford the housing for my Canon 400D...

In 2007 the $$$$$ was spent diving 8Days Layang-Layang, Weh, brand new Colnago (the Ferrrari of bicycle), 3 weeks in Europe,
R&R trips in Kinabatangan/Bali/Mt Kinabalu/Perhentian/Redang/Lang Tengah...competing triathlons/duathlons all over Malaysia &
Thailand

The focus now is to finish IM Langkawi with no injury and sickness (final countdown - 30 days)...

But I'm 'under stress & addicted' to go to Sipadan <---my friend left yesterday (lucky devil)...and another friend just got back from
RA...

Need to find time & $$$ to slot my 5th 'pilgrimage' to Sipadan and 3rd 'pilgrimage' to RA...
