As mentioned and highlighted in earlier threads, the MUW membership card is finally ready. Those who would like to sign up for one, please provide the following details :
1 - Name to appear on card. Please keep your name to three or first and last. The name should also match your C-card.
2 - Your preferred nickname (failing which, we will use the name you registered with)
3 - The name used when registering (it is for us to retrieve your membership numbers from our database)
these ppl are also required to re-register your names for this coming printing :
a. the previous card holders seeking for replacement cards and
b. those who have already paid the first round but still haven't receive your card
To those of you who have paid for the old membership card, please PM Deepblu, Hollowman, or Sheik with the details as per mentioned above. (And yes, they will be replaced without charge for those who have paid for the previous card).
And those who have not paid yet, the cost is the same as the old one. RM15.
Lets look at getting all these done within this week.
