i was waaayyy out of my league and hadnt prepared the technical stuff beforehand but man did i learnt some experience. a great deal about freediving, what needed to be done and how physical preparation is just as important as mental preparation. Initially just wanted to go as a spectator, but was convinced to give it a go. and I'm glad eh. learnt my weaknesses.

I'm trying to get some videos, so we cud do some observational learning. Anybody keen?
