Freediving materials and practice.
« on: February 22, 2007, 02:05:21 PM »

Hello Bebs.

Lately i have a few people asking me about freediving, whether they are interested to do it or not does not matter, at least people are more aware of it nowdays.

I have some materials (pictures,videos,books etc) for reference and can loan it to anyone who is interested.

Also who ever wants to do the practical aspect of it can join me for training in the pool. i try to teach what ever knowledge that i have on this matter and also to learn some more from you guys. saya budak baru belajar, mari kita belajar sama sama...

initial techniques that i would like teach,learn and practice with who ever are interested are;

1. Duck dives
2. Finning technique
3. Equalization/compensation
4. Breathing

Please bring your mask, snorkel and fins with you.

For the above 4 techniques, SCUBA divers are also welcome to join as it is relavant to you guys also.

See ya!!!
