i don't think there's any to learn from me since i'm very very new to this definitely there b a day where i'll b joining u guys for a swim. Btw just wondering where do u train yourself in klang valley ? is there and pool that's is very deep cause i still haven't quite adapt to the pressure.

anyway, we usually train at Bandar Tun Razak pool...the one opposite HUKM....they have a 5m diving pool. thats the deepest you can get in KL. unless the MAN wants to do a facility like SETT or Nemo33...that will b the day.
