Participation is absolutely free of charge!

Add a cool or funny caption and/or a short interesting/funny/sad/etc story on how you " got" the shot, that may help you to get more " Like's". You may "Like" your own photo but it won't be added to the total count. Tips on getting the shot ie composition, strobe angle, secret dive site name, dive time,body positioning,etc are welcome and can be useful to everyone if you like to share but that's entirely your call.

Camera, housing,strobe, lens,accesories, etc need NOT to be mentioned here unless you insists, seriously let's talk photo and art, not gadgets! We believe that the photographer paints the picture and deserves the full credit, not the camera/housing/strobe/lens/f-stop/shutter speed/etc

Get as many friends as you can to " Like" your photo/caption/story, the photo with the most " Like's" wins the prize.

The winning photos will be displayed at Scuba Symphony showroom, website and Facebook for the preceding month and the photo quality paper print ( A3 for winner,A4 for consolation ) will be given to the winners thereafter. The winners will also enjoy special discounts for any of our products, events, courses and trips during that period.

-The original version of the winning photo/s with EXIF data may be requested by us to verify its authenticity.

- Standard editing ie cropping, saturation,sharpening, backscatter removing is allowed

-We reserve the right to change the monthly theme as deemed necessary.

-Should there be a tie of " Like's" then the Scuba Symphony management will decide the winner/s

- Any photo hinting repositioning of marine life from its natural environment will be disqualified

- Monthly prizes vary every month and will be announced under the corresponding event. Prizes are useful products, courses, dive packages, etc related to underwater photography, currently sponsored by us. We hope to get sponsors to come in with more attractive prizes in the near future.

- All prizes are ex our showroom, if shipping is required the charges are to be borne by the winners. Please contact us with your full address, tel no and we'll ship with EMS to you at min costs.

-Anyone at any level ( pro and amateur) can participate, scuba divers and non-alike, as long as your photo in underwater and corresponds with the monthly theme.

- Scuba Symphony staff and their Facebook Page administrators are not allowed to participate.

- Except Feb/March, the contest starts at 1st of the month and ends on the last day of the month, according to Malaysia time zone( GMT+8)

- Monthly winners will be announced on the 5th of every month and may participate in subsequent months, no restrictions there.

-Scuba Symphony and prize sponsors will not be held responsible for any 3rd party misuse of submitted contest photos
