just checking since I am planning to go there in Sept. Where is the bus terminal in KL to go to Kuala Besut? If possible any nearest KTM/LRT around.

The East Coast bound bus station is the Hentian Putra Bus Station at Putra Palace/PWTC. You can reach there via

Komuter ---> Stop at PWTC station
STAR LRT ----> Stop at PWTC station

Mind you, the journey via bus from KL - Kuala Besut is around 7 hours. Flying is a mere 40 minutes.

im driving to kuala besut on 31st August 2011, staying at bubbles dive resort in perhentian.

wanna car pool? we have 4 in the car, can squeeze 1 more in..

You mind sharing how you journey? From KB - Besut and vice versa. If got contacts best lagi.

My thoughts of taking a bus is I want to maximise my dive time so I don't have to bother with the no-fly time when I return.
