How else do you get people on board if the conservation work isn't fun(ded) and simple to begin with?
The seriousness of the issue can slowly be conveyed and cascaded to everybody once they are willing to listen. And to get them to that stage where they are willing to listen, is to get them to be interested in the issue.
To get them interested, is by making them a part of something, and to get them involved, that would require 'incentives'.. in whatever form.
If its free dives, so be it. But if they are still not keen to carry on the conservation efforts even after going for those sponsored dives, it just shows the kind of principes these people live by, and the values they uphold.
We learn by these little downfalls, and we move on to the next batch of people who are more sincere to see that the environment is protected. Lets work with these little angels then.
Hey Little Angel...hope all goes well with Ur project.
Every single thing does help so keep it up & make it come true.
Lets hope there are more EcoDiver to give support towards the conservation issues.
Maybe U can put up a step by step guide of being conservation/eco divers

We have TT's...Pool session....which divers can pay for themself to hear more about being ecodiver.
Infact as is so important, divers can pay for their trip to help with conservation.
Do you need the EcoDiver card to be an eco diver or to learn eco diving?
Why cant the learning process be free

after all we want to see more EcoDiver.
Then again I dont contribute much when comes to conservation diving la...I just dive.
