As mentioned earlier, we are planning yet another COT Cleanup Event on Tioman Island before the season is coming to an end. Due to the many inquiries from you to have it a bit later (a few weeks after Hari Raya), we have decided to conduct it on the weekend of November 3rd and 4th. Our divers from Melaka will already start on the 2nd of November.
Planned are two COT collection dives per day to the most affected dive sites. For this event we expect some 30 to 50 participants. As usual, the COT collection event is not to make money but to protect our fragile underwater environment, so we are offering the 4 boat dives for only MYR 250.00 per person!
Please let us know ASAP if you like to participate and if you need our assistance in booking accommodation.
By the way, we are again in a great season for diving with visibility reaching up to 25 meters on good days! So don’t miss out and come for some fun dives first, before joining our COT event in November. Our dive centres will close by late November due to the wet season and we’ll reopen as usual towards end of January 2008.
