Dear divers,
I’m just wondering if it’s normal that; little blood coming out from your nostril or throat after you ascend from every dive. If yes may I know the reason why is this happening? Please advise.. I’m a beginner..thx..
ok i am speaking from experience, i have had it since the first day. and still continue to get it after some dives. do not fear my friend it will go away.
the thing to do is to descend slowly...regardless of how the divemaster waves to you to move yr butt, descend slowly. equalise the moment u hit the water!! if u pinch yr nose to equalise, do not force it, descend slowly, equalise slowly.
and when u ascend, same strategy, slow, and easy. bouancy control, at the 3-6M mark and to the surface, be very conscious of yr rate of ascend and u will notice the traces getting less.
i have been told that the more u dive the harder yr lining becomes and soon it will be gone-the traces i mean.
hope that helps.
