« on: October 22, 2009, 02:10:53 PM »

I just had a chest tube done because of my right lung collapse, im feeling better now after the chest tube has been done.
My real question now is, can i still dive? i realy love diving so much and ireally wanna dive again.

hehe, must be the tall and thin kind of person  :)
anyhow, dont think its gonna be a problem. just make sure your wound tu dah heal properly first la. unless you get pneumothoraces quite often? just wondering, was it the large bore chest tube or the small one?

im quite tall but not that thin. I even have tummy hehehe..i weight 75kg. This is my first time kena pneumothorax . Its a small tube.
Sunday i was admited and today i was discharge. Th dc says the tube is to inflate my lungs back. They took off the tube already as
the results of the xray shows my lungs already  expand.  :)
