hello all..

me and my friends just got back from our open water course... everything goes well... when we get back.. most of us falls sick...fever, cough, flu, lack of appetite and some of us had a somesort of athsma attack that need us to go to the emergency in the middle of he night... not to forget some of us faint during working...

is this normal for a biginner + lack of fitness and anything else...

feedback plzzzz

(but dont worry everyone of us now is getting better and happier..) ;)

Sounds like cases of over-exhaustion... you guys went against tidal waves or something? hehe just kidding.

I think you guys are just not used to the amount of activity + lack of sleep.

Everyone with the same symtoms or different?

If same, then :
1) One person spread to the rest
2) Food at the resort got problem
3) Air fills got problem
4) Drinks at the resort got problem

i think it was just too taxing for you guys, and perhaps you all did not drink enough water during the trip - signs of dehydration perhaps? I recall people telling us that after breathing compressed air, we actually should drink lots of water.

get well soon...

Guys,

I think its over-exhausted + food poisoning as well. I had the same thing when I went for my OW 2 weeks ago. I had cramped underwater and when I my completed my confined water dive, I had to take a dump (cirit-birit). But thank GOD #3 and #4 dive was OK. When I came back to KL, I was really tired... But of course now its ok and planning for my next dive.. :) Hopefully after Hari Raya break.

Cheers...
