Scuba diver Prometheus recently visited The Centre for Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine in Ipoh and wrote an account of the 6-person chamber at the clinic.

The clinic isn’t just for divers suffering from decompression illness. Most of its treatments deal with diabetics who can have their symptoms alleviated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) in the chamber through the promotion of oxygen absorption in diabetic wounds.
